The architectural appearance of the residential complex is based on examples of modern residential architecture in Finland.
The facade cladding uses brick, wood textures and perforated metal. Dividing the facade into large color planes allows the image to remain laconic, and at the same time
“Split” the volume of a residential building into smaller blocks.
Balconies clad with composite panels act as active accents. The balconies are joined by “frames” clad on the outside with wood grain composite panels. The wood texture gives the residential complex more softness, coziness, and refers to the traditional Finnish wood architecture. Perforated metal baskets are provided for air conditioners.
On the ground floors of apartment buildings there are open wooden terraces-pergolas, made in a single style with elements of landscaping in the courtyards.
