The building has simple geometric forms. Large balconies on the main facade using glazing as fencing represent a striking architectural accent of the building. The name of the residential building “Triumph” is on the glass. Office premises of the first floor are made of glass and embedded. Windows in apartments are panoramic with corner glazing creating a feeling of light and “soaring” building. Finishing type – ventilated facade. Facade finishing material – Royal Touch composite panels in combination of two colors – dark grey C-1132 and wood E-936. Building facade lighting is provided, emphasizing its geometric shape. Windows of the upper floor apartments offer scenic views of the city center and the Tsna river.

Improved entrance finishing. Floor numbering is represented on the walls and framed with decorative panels that bring a certain mood to the interior.
